PURPOSE:To permit the gelatinized material of gelatinous substance or the like to disperse while stabilizing for a long period of time in the degree that the dispersion will hot provide the material with a bad affect on the appearance thereof by a method wherein the liquid of polymer, containing a gelatinous substance, is passed through screens in multiple stage which are provided with hole diameters smaller than the diameter of the gelatinous substance. CONSTITUTION:Polymers, containing gelatinous substances, are rubber, rubber reinforced polystylene or the like, and the copolymer of styrene-butadiene block is preferable. Such a polymer is passed through screens in the form of solution in which the polymer is dissolved such liquid as stylene or the like which dissolves the polymer and preferably in the form of the solution in which the polymer is disolved while heating. Screens, provided with hole diameters smaller than the diameters of the gelatinous substances, are employed for this purpose. Further, the solution is passed through the screens of multiple stages or preferably through the same or four stages or more. In a first stage, the gelatinous substance is chopped roughly and dispersed and, in a second stage of thereafter, the gelatinous substances are chopped more finely and dispersed sequentially while the same substances are chopped into the degree of size which is invisible and dispersed in a final stage.
