PURPOSE:To lessen the quantity of excessive varnish to drop by varying flow velocity automatically and drip-feeding varnish by means of a drip-feed pump equipped with a direct current geared motor. CONSTITUTION:A program controller 4 controlling a direct current geared motor 3 of a pump 2 is set beforehand to memorize a relationship between the operation hour of pump and a flow velocity. For example, each of flow velocities Q1-Q3 when an operation hour is divided into three stages T1-T3, each of flow velocities Q1-Q3 is effected as Q1>Q2>Q3. At the starting point of dripping, sufficient impregnation is carried out even if the quantity of drip is much, since the space of coil is ample. As the space is gradually filled with varnish, however, the speed of penetration of varnish gets slower, which necessitates the flow velocity of varnish to be lessened in order to minimize the waste of varnish to drip.
