PURPOSE:To supply a high frequency large output signal to the circuit of the next stage without distortion by adding a new variable current source so as to flow a required quantity of current as required in order not to increase the current of a constant current source remarkably. CONSTITUTION:An emitter 3 of a transistor (TR) 1 of an output circuit is provided with the 2nd current source 7 in addition to the 1st current source 4. The 2nd current source 7 should be a source known as a variable current source absorbing a large current Ix when an input signal impressed to a base 2 of the output TR 1 is deviated largely negatively. Since the correlation between an input signal fed to the base 2 and the current Ix of the 2nd current source 7 is as shown in figure, the power consumption is reduced in comparison with the drive by a constant current source and the distortion at a high frequency and large signal is less.
