PURPOSE:To attain an ideal group delay characteristic by connecting a series connection comprising the 2nd capacitor and the 4th resistor between an output terminal and the 3rd reference potential and setting the relation with other circuit elements to a constant so as to make the output gain constant independently of an input signal frequency. CONSTITUTION:The series connection comprising the 2nd capacitor 10 and the 4th resistor 9 is connected between the output terminal 5 and the 3rd refer ence potential V3, and the relation among the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th resistors R1, R2, R3 and R4 and an emitter resistor re of a transistor (TR) 4 is set to be a relation of R1=R2 and (R1-R3)/R4+re{(2/R3)+(R1/R3R4)-(R3/R1R4)}=0. Thus, the entire gain characteristic from the input up to the output is indepen dent of the input signal frequency, while the group delay characteristic is coinci dent with the characteristic of an ideal phase equalizer.
