PURPOSE:To eliminate instability in the supply of dumping liquid and variations in temperature of dumping liquid so that offset printing may be performed under stable printing conditions on a printer by providing a circulation system piping connected to a cold storage, a supply system piping for supplying dumping liquid into a dumping liquid tank of each printing unit after branching out of the circulation system piping and a supply control device which operates a solenoid valve installed on the piping by detecting a liquid level using a level gauge in the liquid tank. CONSTITUTION:Part of dumping liquid prepared by an automatic dumping liquid preparation device 1 is injected into a refrigerator 2a so that said liquid may be cooled down to a prearranged temperature. Then if the stored quantity of dumping liquid is reduced to less than a prearranged quantity in a thermally controlled cold storage 2b, the dumping liquid is plenished. A pump P always circulates the dumping liquid at close to a set temperature to circulation system piping 4. A solenoid valve of supply system piping 5 for each printing unit which branches out of the circulation system piping is operated and the liquid level in a dumping liquid tank 7 is detected by floatless switch in a supply control unit. After this, when the lower limits liquid level has been detected, the solenoid valve is opened, supplying the dumping liquid to the upper limit liquid level in the tank 7.
