PURPOSE:To effectively separate and recover the solute in a fluid, by a method wherein a specimen substance is dissolved by utilizing a supercritical fluid and, thereafter, the fluid containing the dissolved substance is injected in a container, which is arranged in the vicinity of a fluid outlet and filled with a definite amount of liquid nitrogen, under reduced pressure. CONSTITUTION:Liquefied carbon dioxide being an extraction solvent sent from a carbon dioxide bomb 7 under pressure by a pump 1 comes to a supercritical fluid to flow in an extraction tank 3 where a soluble component is extracted from a specimen allowed to preliminarily fill said extraction tank. The extraction tank 3 is held to temp. and pressure necessary for extraction by a thermostatic tank 2 and a reduced pressure valve 6. A nozzle 5 is provided to the reduced pressure valve 6 to inject the flind containing the solute in a container 4 as a cooling tank filled with a definite amount of liquid nitrogen. Whereupon, the fluid is solidified as dry ice containing the extract and accumulated under liquid nitrogen by sedimentation.
