PURPOSE:To obtain a soda siphon having high safety and hardly generating trouble, by mounting an opening and closing valve, a drilling needle and a safe valve in the injection/ejection mechanism part engaged with the upper surface of a bottle in an airtight manner. CONSTITUTION:In a soda siphon B wherein an injection/ejection mechanism part is engaged with a bottle 1 in a freely detachable manner, an opening and closing valve, a drilling needle 8 and a safe valve 38 are mounted in the injection/ejection mechanism part. In this constitution, the injection/ejection mechanism part is at first detached from a screw cylinder 2 and water is injected in the bottle 1 until reaches the under surface of a sleeve 4. When the injection of water was finished, the injection and ejection mechanism part is again threaded with the screw cylinder 2 to hermetically close the bottle 1. Subsequently, the mouth part of the carbon dioxide gas bomb 9 in a cartridge holder 8 is drilled by the drilling needle 8 by rotating a head cover 42 and carbon dioxide is injected in the bottle 1 to make soda water. When soda water is ejected, a push button 25 is pushed to open a valve port 26 and soda water is continuously ejected from a nozzle 22a through a suction pipe 22b, a storage chamber 30 and a valve port 26 by the pressure in the bottle 1.
