PURPOSE:To eliminate an unnecessary processing and to make rapid a processing time by sending a connecting completing signal to an outgoing call terminal when the signal during the call at an outgoing station is received at an incoming station in case the information is sent to the outgoing call terminal earlier from an incoming call terminal. CONSTITUTION:When an outgoing call terminal 1 calls an incoming call terminal 5, into the signal during the call to show the calling of the incoming call terminal sent to an outgoing station 2 from an incoming station 4 to which the terminal 5 belongs, after a terminal 4 responds, the information to show whether or not the information is generated earlier from the terminal 4 to the terminal 1 is applied. When the information is sent earlier from the terminal 4 to the terminal 1 and the signal during the call is received at the outgoing station 2, the second connecting completing signal is generated to the terminal 1, the first connecting completing signal is generated to the terminal 5 after the terminal 5 responds.
