<p>PURPOSE:To prevent contamination to the maximum possible extent by hanging flexible outer periphery screen over the float, hanging the flexible cylinder for exposure to air in a screen and floating over lake and marsh. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is fixed to a float 1 and supported, and an outer periphery screen 3 is hung down by a suspension tooling 4 from the frame 2. The upper end of cylinder 6 for exposure to air is hung down by a suspension tooling 7 from a frame 4 under the central water level of the outer periphery screen 3, and at the lower end of the same weight 8 is installed. A number of the said floating material are floated encircling the flow-in mouth of river 16 in the area 15 of lakes and marshes. The air piping 10 is connected with the blower 11 and, by exposing air out of a nozzle 9 for exposure to air, a contaminated water is circulated into a contact oxidizing filter bed 12 made of string-type contact material 12a and purified by contact oxidization. The oxidized sludge created by purification is dropped adequately by the flow velocity of exposure to air and turned into feeds for wild animals and fish. Said process makes installation easier and eliminates after-treatment of sludge.</p> |
