PURPOSE:To smoothly cut a cut material, by equipping a machine with a floating mechanism so as to swivel a holder by a cutting load acting on cutting blades and to enable their position to be automatically adjusted when the machine performs cutting. CONSTITUTION:A holder 6, equipped with a pair of cutting blades 5, is swivelably supported to a bracket 2 through a floating mechanism 7. The holder 6 is swiveled by the floating mechanism 7 so that a cutting load uniformly acts on the paired cutting blades 5 and a position of the holder 6 is automatically adjusted. Accordingly, the cutting blade, when it performs cutting, is properly held to the cutting position, and a cut material, being prevented from flexing, can be smoothly cut.
