PURPOSE:To make the selection of a post schedule easy, by providing an arrangement for registering schedules registered in the past to a management unit file of the job, searching the post schedules of the latest schedule in the schedules from a schedule definition table and displaying a picture to which associated data can be entered for entering data. CONSTITUTION:At first, schedule names which can occurs after the schedule specified by a schedule number are registered in the schedule number section of a schedule definition table 1-2. In addition, the schedule names with data such as a date are registered in a management unit file 2. A significant schedule registered to the file 2 at the latest time is searched and read out. Then, post schedules corresponding the schedule is read out from the schedule definition table 1-2 and displayed on a display unit. Next, a desired schedule is selected from the plot schedules displayed and a picture to which data associated with the selected post schedule is entered is displayed for entering data such as a desired data thereto. With such an arrangement, a post schedule succeeding to a certain schedule can be managed without fail. |
