PURPOSE:To prevent output current from increasing even if a load gets heavier exceeding the controlled range, by detecting the collector current of an oscillating transistor with a current transformer, and by turning the transistor OFF. CONSTITUTION:A blocking oscillating circuit is organized with a transformer T1 having a collector winding L1, a base winding L3, and a secondary winding L2, and with a transistor Q1. Into a closed circuit organized between the base emitters of the base winding L3 and the transistor Q1, a voltage drop circuit R for checking currents both in the forward direction and in the reverse direction in the range of micro voltage is connected. A current transformer T2 converts the collector current of the transistor Q1 into voltage, and when the positive side voltage exceeds reference voltage, then the transistor Q1 is turned OFF.
