PURPOSE:To shorten processes by directly connecting a wire rod as a resistor for limiting currents to an LED and connecting the wire rod to a terminal. CONSTITUTION:An LED2 and an anode terminal 4 are connected with adhesives 12 by using a W or Ni wire 11 having resistivity of 3X10<-8> ohm-cm or more. A desired resistance value is acquired by the length and quality of a wire rod, the LED appropriate to an arbitrary high voltage is obtained easily, and conventional external resistors need not be connected to the terminal 4, thus reducing manday and also minimizing the occupying area of the device. |
