PURPOSE:To easily secure the prescribed beam shape in uniform intensity distribution macroscopically by multireflecting the optical beam passing the optical system, by providing an inner face reflecting cylindrical body in the optical beam optical system. CONSTITUTION:The outlet port cross section is formed in the aiming-sized beam shape and the inlet port cross section is made in the size that the number of interference fringes can be secured sufficiently as well by making an angle thetaon the upper and lower plate 6, 7 of an inner face reflecting cylindrical body 3. In order to reduce the absorption loss on the mirror surface a cylinder lens and convex lens are used instead of a condensing lens 1. The laser beam which is uniform over plural zones and having different intensity among respective zone can be obtd. by using the inner face reflecting cylindrical body 3 of said composition. |
