PURPOSE:To enhance a repetitive pressure resisting property and reliability by forming a projection on at least one of the connecting portions of a first cylindrical member and a second cylindrical member fastened to the first member so as to cover it and welding the whole surface of the projection. CONSTITUTION:A sensor header 11 is welded (14) to the body 13 of a converter over the whole periphery of its one end and a cover 15 is welded (16) to its other end and further a gap 18 which communicates with a second pressure introduction passage 132 is formed between the sensor header 11 and the cover 15. The welding portion 16 between the header 11 and the cover 15 is subjected to welding in such a manner that a welding bead 161 reaches he gap 18 on the whole surface of a projection 151 formed on the end of the cover 15. Thus, even if a large pressure is applied to the gap 18 to deform the cover 15, the stress generated at the welded portion is only a tensile force and a repetitive pressure resisting property and reliability can be enhanced.
