PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of air from a cylindrical body by housing a pair of expandable and contractable bag bodies for transmitting rotation to a rotary body, inside said cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A rotary body 3 which is installed on a rotary shaft 2, and two sets of pairs of expandable and contractable bag bodies 4, 4a, 5, 5a for transmitting rotation to the rotary body 3, are housed in a cylindrical body 1. And, air can be fed into the expandable bag bodies 4, 4a, 5, 5a from one side to carry out rotation utilizing expanding force by air, thereby, preventing the leakage of air from the cylindrical body 1.
