PURPOSE:To make it possible to always apply constant tension to an ink film, by mounting a tension roller provided in the delivery side of an ink film and applying constant load to the ink film and an ink film take-up roller for taking up the ink film under constant tension. CONSTITUTION:The ink film 5 delivered from an ink film delivery roller 1 receives constant load by the tension roller 2 connected to a torque limiter 3 and is taken up under constant tension by an ink film take-up roller 9 and, therefore, said ink film 5 is delivered in a state of always receiving constant tension. The ink film 5 to which the constant tension is applied is inserted between a platen roller 7 and a printing head 8 along with recording paper 6 through a film bail roller 4 and, when the printing to the recording paper 6 by a printing head 8 is finished, the ink film 5 is taken up by the ink film take-up roller 9 through the film bail roller 4.
