摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a saw tooth wave signal having a regulated amplitude level synchronized with a synchronizing pulse even when a frequency is varied by regulating the level of the saw tooth wave signal by comparing it with that of a reference voltage, and controlling a phase with a phase comparison error signal between the synchronizing pulse. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 59 outputs a signal P1 of low level '0' or high level '1' respectively at its output side when the level of a signal supplied to a non-inversion input terminal is lower or higher than a reference voltage supplied to an inversion input terminal. A horizontal synchronizing pulse PH is supplied to a phase comparator 75 from a terminal 76, and the phase of a signal P1' and the PH are compared. The output side of the phase comparator 75 is grounded through a series circuit of a resistor 83 and a parallel circuit of a capacitor 84 and a diode 85 constituting an integration circuit 82, and the output side of the integration circuit 82 is connected to a level shift circuit 87 which is also used as a phase inversion circuit through a buffer circuit 86.
