PURPOSE:To improve the reference rate (hit rate) of a subscriber data within a main storage area by extracting the subscriber data on the main storage area having a fast reference speed corresponding to the frequency is use of the subscriber data. CONSTITUTION:A call frequency count processing part 4 counts the number of usage of calls processed at a central processing unit 3 corresponding to each subscriber. A priority decision processing part 5 decides priority corresponding to the subscriber in proportion to the frequency in use based on a counted value. A subscriber data change processing part 6 records the priority at the subscriber data in an external auxiliary memory device 1. A subscriber data extraction processing part 7 extracts the subscriber data contained in the external auxiliary memory device 1 in the order of high priority, and sends it to a main memory device 2. At the central processing unit 3, the reference of the subscriber data in a call connection is started from the subscriber data in the main memory device 2, and when the subscriber data is not found in the main memory device 2, the subscriber data in the external auxiliary memory device 1 is referred.
