PURPOSE:To simplify manufacturing process and to reduce manufacturing cost of the titled recording medium, by forming the surface layer material out of a synthetic resin mixed with a specific quantity of carbon black, and closely adhering the surface layer material to a non-conductive core material, then, covering the surface with the synthetic resin so that no carbon black is exposed. CONSTITUTION:A recording medium 20 is prepared in such a way that the surface layer material 44, and least at one surface of which geometric shape variation is formed, is formed out of a synthetic resin 21, to which carbon black 24 is mixed by 5-60wt%, and a non-conductive material is used for making the core material, then, the surface 25 of the surface layer material 44 is convered with the synthetic resin 21 with the thickness of several tens to several hundreds Angstrom so that no carbon black is exposed. In the recording medium thus formed out of the carbon black particle 24 and resin 23 work as the metallic film and dielectric film of conventional recording media, respectively. Since no adhering and forming process of these films is required and by simply press-forming out of the synthetic resin mixed with carbon black this recording medium is prepared, the recording medium is manufactured extremely easily and inexpensively. Especially, the manufacturing cost is reduced sharply to 1/10 of the manufacturing cost of conventional ones. |
