PURPOSE:To ensure the valve-opening/closing operation, by supporting a valve body at an end of a driving plate consisting of two thin plates at least one of which is formed with a transverse effect piezoelectric body. CONSTITUTION:A driving plate storing chamber 16 is formed in the upper part of a casing 10, and the tip end of a valve body 14 is extended into the driving plate storing chamber 16. One end of a driving plate 18 is inserted into a side surface of this extended tip portion, while the other end is fixed and supported by the inner wall of the driving plate storing chamber 16. This driving plate 18 is formed by adhering two thin plates 18A and 18B to each other, and at least one of both thin plates 18A and 18B is formed with a transverse effect piezoelectric body.
