PURPOSE:The titled composition that is obtained by adding a small amount of a fluorine-containing surfactant bearing perfluoroalkyl groups to a partially hydrolyzed (poly)siloxane bearing side-chains and end groups almost substituted with hydroxyls, thus giving surfaces of god releasability and slippage. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition mainly contains (A) a partially hydrolyzate of siloxane or polysiloxane in which more than 80% of side-chains and end-groups are substituted with hydroxyls such as a compound of the formula [X is hydroxyl, OR (OR is alkoxy remaining unhydrolyzed; R is aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon); n is 1-7,000], and (B) 0.05-5pts.wt. of a fluorine- containing surfactant bearing perfluoroalkyl group such as a compound of the formula: CF3(CF2)n-Q (n is 4-30; Q is hydrophilic group).
