PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the expression of an exogenote in a coryneform bacterial cell and advantageously carry out production of L-glutamic acid, etc., by using a wild type plasmid having replication starting point as a plasmid replicable in the coryneform bacterial cell. CONSTITUTION:A plasmid vector, having a base sequence (a), capable of functioning as a promoter in a coryneform bacterial cell and derived from coryneform bacteria, etc., base sequence (b) capable of functioning as an operator linkable to a repressor protein on the downstream side thereof, base sequence (c), consisting of 4 base sequences and capable of functioning as a ribosome linking site rich in A and G, base sequence (d) in which ATG or GTG is capable of functioning as a translation starting codon, gene directly linked to the base sequence (d) for expression and derived from microorganisms, animals, etc., and further various repressor genes capable of linking to the base sequence (b) and artificially adjusting the linking activity by addition of a chemical, temperature, etc., and used for regulation of gene expression. |
