PURPOSE:To make the focusing of a beam high speed and to improve the work efficiency by adjusting the position of the objective lens for work by driving an eccentric cam by the signal transmitted from the detecting part which detects the work point. CONSTITUTION:A DC motor 12 rotates an eccentric cam 13 at the prescribed angle by the signal transmitted from a detecting part. A rocking lever 15 rocks by being pulled by a spring 18 by following the outer periphery of the eccentric cam 13. A vertical moving part 17 therefore moves to the upper and lower by the part against the spring force of a plate spring 2 and moves the objective lens 1 for work up and down so as to make it an optimum focus via an engaging body 19. The responsiveness of the focus can be made high speed by this device. |
