<p>PURPOSE:To improve a decorative effect of a base board by forming the same into a decorative board which can be kept stably, by a method wherein a polyester series resin layer is formed on a sheet through a transparent polyurethane resin layer by sticking a decorative sheet such as pictures or prints to the base board. CONSTITUTION:A sheet such as pictures or prints, or paper or cloth on which a fish print has been printed is mounted on a base board such as a wooden board to which an aqueous adhesive agent such as a vinyl accetate and/or gelation adhesive agent has been applied with a roller or a brush and press bonding is applied to the same by a pressing machine. Then transparent polyurethane series resin having a film forming function is applied to the same to which thermosetting polyester resin of one or more layers is applied with the brush or the roller, which is polished by sand paper after dryness of the same. In addition to the above, the upper part of the same is pressed with a mold release sheet such as plastic film or cellophane or others, the surface is finished smooth by applying heating to the same and a mold release sheet is removed.</p> |
