PURPOSE:To continue road side broadcast even when a fault takes place in a transmission line by providing a means receiving a voice program sent in radio from a central station, storing it and broadcasting it to a running vehicle to a broadcast equipment each slave station. CONSTITUTION:A central station 20 sets a changeover device 27 to the position of a microphone 28 for manual broadcast or the position of a voice synthesizer 29 for automatic broadcast, controls remotely a controller 32 of each broadcast equipment 21 via a radio equipment 30 to change over a voice memory 22 into the reception mode, the voice program for broadcast and a control signal controlling the broadcast equipment 21 are multiplexed and sent from an antenna 35. A separating device 37 of the broadcast equipment 21 separates the multiplexed signal into the voice signal and the control signal. The voice signal is stored in the voice memory 22 as a voice program and the control signal is inputted in the controller 32. The controller 32 controls the memory 22 and a transmitter 38 to broadcast the message in the memory 22 to the running vehicle 40 repetitively. Further, the content of the memory 22 is revised by the control from the central station 20.
