PURPOSE:To keep high freshness of fish and to maintain freshness of fish for a long period, by cooling fishes in a cooling tank before caught fishes are directly stored in a fish tank. CONSTITUTION:Caught fishes are stored in a fish reservoir 2, introduced to a cooling tank 4 by a conveyor 3 and cooled for 1-2hr. Then, the fishes are sucked up by a fish pump 1 through a pipe 12 and sent through a pipe 12' to a separator 13. After dehydration, the fishes are transferred to the conveyor 3, sent to a fish tank 14 and the fishes and ice are stored in it. Water separated by a separator 13 is returned to the cooling tank 4 again.
