PURPOSE:To perform reliable inspection with good operation efficiency by providing plural rotating shafts which are rotated at the same rotating speed by a driving shaft driven in a freely controllable state. CONSTITUTION:Turning force is transmitted from the driving shaft 101 driven in the freely controllable state is transmitted to the plural rotating shafts 105 and 106, which rotates at the same rotating speed with the driving shaft 101. A reference speed indicator T0 is arranged adjacently to the driving shaft 101 and speed indicators T1-T4 to be inspection are arranged adjacently to the rotating shafts 105 and 106. The rotating indicator T0 and T1-T4 are pressed against the driving shaft 101 and rotating shafts 105 and 106 by a pressing means 122 individually with specific pressing forces. Those pressing forces can be set accurately by moving an operation handle 127 and a feed screw shaft 124. Consequently, the condition for the inspection is set invariably constant and many speed indicators can be inspected at the same time.
