PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device with securing the rocking angle of a fitting arm larger by supporting a tool fitting arm by the axis of the lever at the tail end and a link and the axis of the link and a machine frame. CONSTITUTION:A tool fitting arm 10 supports freely rockably with two axes freedom degrees for a machine frame 8 by the axis 143 of the level 12 at the tail end thereof and a link 13 and the axis 142 of the link 13 and machine frame 8. The link 13 rocks centering around the axis 142 by advancing and retreating the piston rod 11a of a cylinder 11 and by moving the axis 141 of the level 12 at the tip thereof. The rocking at large angle can be given to the tool fitting arm with the advancing and retreating motions in comparatively small stroke of the piston rod 11a by this mechanism.
