AUTOMATIC READING METHOD FOR HOLE MARK

摘要

PURPOSE:To surely detect the color of a hole mark by placing a head on the hole mark based on data of the center point of the hole mark of a drawing and using a color detector to detect the color of the hole mark. CONSTITUTION:A head 18 provided with a color detector 24 and a scanner camera 22 is controlled automatically along the XY coordinate axis plane on the table 4. The XY coordinate at each center point of plural hole marks 68 of the drawing is read automatically by the scanner camera 22 and the XY coordinate is stored. The head 18 is subjected to movement control based on the XY coordinate, the color detector 24 is moved to each hole mark position to detect the color of the hole mark 68.
