发明名称 QUALITY JUDGEMENT OF UNPOLISHED RICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To closely sort and judge the quality of unpolished rices, by a method wherein unpolished rices are irradiated with light one grain at a time, the quantity of diffusive transmission light, the quantity of diffusive reflection light, the quantity of lights of desired two wavelengths among diffusive reflection lights and the quantity of transmission lights at two positions for each grain of unpolished rices are detected to undergo a processing of judging the ratio of respective quantity of light. CONSTITUTION:At the detection step 2, a sample unpolished rice is irradiated wit light one grain at a time to detect the quantity of diffusive transmission light and the quantity of diffusive reflection light while the quantity of lights of two wavelengths, for example, the quantity of red and green light among diffusive reflection lights is detected. Moreover, the quantity of transmission light at the front and rear of unpolished rices in the long-axis direction thereof, one grain at a time, is detected. At the computation step 4, the transmission reflection ratio, the spectroscopic ratio and front-rear transmission ratio are computed from these quantities of light detected at a detector section 2. At the processing step 6, a processing is done to judge the ratio of the quantities of lights. //The quality of each grain of the unpolished rice is classified based on the computed values and moreover, mixing rate of individual unpolished rice thus classified in the quality into sample unpolished rice are judged.
