PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of electron beam mislanding, by converting the distance between a color selecting device and the fluorescent screen inside a panel through a rotation of springs themselves or the relative members of the springs when a frame is expanded by heating. CONSTITUTION:When a frame 4 is expanded laterally by a risen heat from the solid line condition to the chain line, the fixing members S1 and S2 of a pair of springs 16 to the frame 4 extend and move laterally while rotating in the directions shown as arrows a1 and a2 at the rotation devices 51 and 52. In this case, when the strokes in the springs 16 between the first and the second rotation devices 51 and 52, the second rotation device 52 and the fixing member S1, and, the second rotation device 52 and the fixing member S2 are kept constant respectively, the frame 4 is to move to the front side 1f of the panel 1, moving to the position of the bar height h2 smaller than the bar height h1 of the initial position. |
