发明名称 SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRON DISCHARGE ELECTRODE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the excessive alkali at an electronic multiplier of the alkali to feed to a photoelectron cathode normally from around an anode of a photoelectron multiplier tube, by applying optimum numbers of frame-form black spacers. CONSTITUTION:A dynode 21 has a net-form electrode 14 and a sloped secondary electron discharge surface 22, and at the frame to support these components, four lugs are furnished. The plain net-form electrode 14 is combined by a spot welding, while an insulating spacer 15 has brims almost same as those of the dynode 21, and at the bottom of each brim, a projection is furnished to respond to each lug of the dynode 21. The each of projection has a penetrating hole responding to the hole of the lug of the dynode 21. The insulating dynode consists mainly of aluminum oxide, added very small amount of a metal thereto, and the color of the surface is black.
