PURPOSE:To achieve effective utilization of a sample, by setting the capacity of a sample loop larger than single sample intake while the supply of the sample made controllable to a sample injection section and a sample introducing section from the sample loop. CONSTITUTION:Communication is made between a sample suction port 24 and one end opening 25 of a sample loop, a sample discharge port 26 and the other end opening 27 of the sample loop linked vacuum and a buffer liquid supply port 29, and a communication port 28 to a sample injecting section to fill the sample loop 23 with a sample. Now when the capacity of the loop 23 is set larger than a fixed sample intake by single suction, the sample sucked into the sample loop fills in the sample loop as held as shown by skew lines in the drawing. Then, the sample intake by single suction is discharged at a discharge port 26. This eliminates waste and further makes the sample supply to a sample injection section from the sample loop controllable.
