发明名称 DETECTION OF PHOSPHOR SEGREGATED PART IN METAL MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect a sample even with a low phosphor content, by a method wherein a solution containing an oxidizing agent is brought into contact with a surface to be inspected, after the condition is held as it is for a fixed time, a test sheet is applied thereon with a specified electrolytic liquid interposed and after the electrolysis, the test sheet is treated by a reagent containing a reducing agent. CONSTITUTION:A surface 5 to be inspected of a test piece 1 of a metal material is set in contact with 0.1-20wt% of an electrolytic liquid 2 as a solution containing modibdic acid ion and oxidizing agent and polarized to an anode with a power source 6. A test sheet 3 is provided in contact with electrolytic liquid 2 and cathode plate 4 is provided on the side opposite to the electrolytic liquid 2 of the sheet 3. The cathode plate 4 is polarized to a cathode with an power source 6. The surface 5 being inspected on the test piece 1 can be dissolved by a specified value by applying voltage between the test piece 1 and the cathode plate 4 through the electrolytic 2 and phosphor elute and shifts into the sheet segregated part is identified by dipping this sheet 3 into a solution containing a reducing agent thereby enabling detection of a sample even with low phosphor content.
