PURPOSE:To improve the workability at the time of leading in and fixing an optical cable, and to improve the reliability of the optical cable by attaching a fixing plate rotatably to the inside face of a device through a revolving shaft, and fixing it to the inside face of the device through a stopper mechanism. CONSTITUTION:To one end part of the surface side of a fixing plate 9, a clamp 13 for housing is attached through a screw 12, and by this clamp 13, a housing 14a of a terminal part of an optical cable which is led into the inside of a device is attached and fixed to the fixing plate 9. In the other end part of the fixing plate 9, a hole 16 which has been formed so that a male screw 15 for stopper can be inserted through is pierced, and also, on right and left side face plates 8 of an optical device 7, plural holes 17 for stopper which have been arranged at a prescribed interval in a shape of a circular arc are provided in accordance with said hole 16. In this way, the optical cable 14 which has been fixed onto the fixing plate 9 by the clamp 13 for housing can be led at an optional angle into the inside of the device through a leading-in port 18.
