PURPOSE:To improve the operability at radio reception by providing preset buttons of optional number for storing frequency, a liquid crystal display section displaying interlockingly the frequency selected by the buttons and the mis- operation prevention switch of an electronic tuning operation section. CONSTITUTION:The mis-operation prevention switch 27 is provided to one end of a printed circuit board 24, in switching the said switch 27, all the tuning operation buttons such as a preset button 15, a tuning button 14, a memory button 16 and a stop button 17 are locked and inactivated, then even if any button is touched, the frequency is unchanged. A rubber switch 24 is fixed to the printed circuit board 24 and each button is arranged at a position corresponding to an optional projection 36 of the rubber switch 23. In depressing the projection 36 of the rubber switch 23, a conductive rubber and the printed circuit board 24 provided in the projection 36 are allowed to contact and the electric circuit is switched. Thus, the space is effectively utilized and the preset system is applied to the operation so as to attain a simpler tuning operation.
