<p>PURPOSE:To form a glass pattern which is inconspicuous, is semitransparent and has a massive feel by superposing a bulk molding compd. (hereafter expressed as BMC) surface and film formed with a print, etc., to be transferred onto the BMC surface thereby transferring the print, etc., to said surface. CONSTITUTION:The BMC is formed by kneading an unsatd. polyester resin, curing catalyst and thickener as well as additives including a filler, coloring agent, shrinkage decreasing agent, internal release agent, etc., then molding the mixture to a sheet shape. The surface of such BMC and the print surface or depicted picture surface of the film formed with the print such as design and pattern or the depicted picture to be transferred onto the above-mentioned surface are superposed to transfer the print, etc., onto the above-mentioned surface. As a result, the BMC of which the glass pattern is inconspicuous, is semitransparent and has the massive feel and which has the design, pattern, etc., having the excellent reproducibility and fixability of the design, pattern, etc., is easily and efficiently produced. The applications thereof include wall materials, lavatory vanity tables, bathtubs, ornaments for the alcove, etc., having the design, pattern, etc., and above all, marble pattern.</p> |
