PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of collection by allowing a call processing unit to store processing information caused at the processing of a call and providing a selection circuit or the like to collect number of times of call processing automatically thereby saving the man-hour of the collection. CONSTITUTION:In closing contacts x1-xn as processing information every time attendant boards 2-1-2-n process the reception of a call via an exchange, relays T1-Tn are operated and self-hold. A relay P is activated by the closing of the contacts t1-tn, a relay TMA is activated by the closing of a contact (p) succeedingly and then a relay TMB is activated by the closing of a contact tma. The relays TP1-TPn are activated by the closing of a contact tmb and the relay TP1 forms a self-hold circuit, then the relay TPn is released immediately and the relay TMA is released slowly. A pulse formed by contacts tma, tp1 until the relay TP1 is released after the relay TMA is released drives a counter 500 to apply counting.
