The device according to the invention comprises a discharge sleeve 11 intended to retain the non-treatable solid waste and a preventive hygienic treatment crusher 12 arranged beside the sleeve with which it communicates through a lower hole 13 for taking off treatable waste and an upper hole 14 for recycling, or vice versa, the crushing device consisting of a receptacle 12 in which there is housed at least one rotary cutter 20, 21, 22 also actuating the flow of the treatable waste through the take-off and recycling holes; the sleeve and the crusher are provided, at least, with a common moveable bottom, its opening being actuated by the stopping of the preventive hygienic treatment mechanism. <IMAGE>
