PURPOSE:To improve the characteristic of a laminated core by laminating plural with permeability thin plates of prescribed shape, welding locally the thin plates, forming a laminated layer, applying magnetic annealing to form an oxide film on the surface of the thin plate. CONSTITUTION:A mixture comprising insulating granular substance and adhesive organic substance is stuck to one face or both faces of a magnetic thin plate 3 made of a high permeability material extruded in the direction of arrow A from a hoop member 4 by a sticking device 5. After the mixture is dried by a drier 6, a core thin plate 9 or prescribed magnetic core semi-spherical shape is punched by using a punch 7 and a die 8 and the plates are laminated for a prescribed number. Then each core thin plate 9 is welded in a line at two positions to obtain a core laminator 10. Then magnetic annealing is applied to the core laminator 10. The core thin plates 9 are not welded by the temperature setting at annealing, insulating granular substance is inserted between the core thin plates 9, an oxide thin film is formed on the surface of the film 9, then the insulation between the core thin plates 9 is improved. Thus, the characteristic of the magnetic core is improved.
