发明名称 MIXING EQUIPMENT FOR FLUIDIC SUBSTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase passage velocity of a fluidic substance and to increase treatment capacity by combining a negative pressure generation mechanism utilizing Coanda effect to the under part of a stationary type mixer of fluidic substance which is vertically provided and sucking the fluidic substance. CONSTITUTION:While falling down in the inside of a mixer I wherein the left- handed torsion blades and the right-handed torsion blades are alternately arranged, fluidic substance is mixed by repeating division, join and position transfer. An auxiliary drum 2 and a main drum 1 are connected via a ring-shaped slit 3 in the under part of the mixer and a wall face 32 of the auxiliary drum side of the slit is folded and made to an inner wall 21, and a wall face 31 of the main drum side is curved curvedly smoothly and transferred to the inner wall 11. Herein when introducing pressurized gas in high velocity through a feed pipe 5 for the pressurized gas, a stream line alpha is drawn by the high-velocity gas stream along the curved wall face by means of Coanda effect and negative pressure is caused in the auxiliary drum side. As a result, suction force due to the negative pressure is added to natural drop due to gravity and thereby the passage velocity of the fluidic substance is increased and treatment capacity of the mixer is increased.
