摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress positional deviation of a head to a head arm small and to improve accuracy of tracking by providing an injecting hole of adhesive at a point symmetric position basing on the center of a gimbals and unifying the gimbals and head arm by adhesion. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 1 is mounted on a gimbals 2, and the gimbals 2 is fixed to a head arm 3 with adhesive 4. A small hole 5 for injecting tracking adhesive and a long hole 6 for injecting adhesive 4 are provided at point symmetric positions in the gimbals 2 basing on its center. Further, an adhesion face 7 is provided point symmetrically in the arm 3 to correspond to the long hole 6 of the gimbals 2, and an adhesion face 7' is provided point symmetrically to correspond to the small hole 5. The head 1 is positioned to the arm 3 as specified and tracking is made by injecting adhesive into the small hole 5. Then, equal quantity of adhesive 4 is injected to each of the long hole 6 and heated at a specified temperature, and the gimbals 2 and arm 3 are bonded in a body. Thus, positional deviation to the arm 3 is made small and accuracy of tracking is heightened.
