PURPOSE:To obtain the titled laminate excellent in high-frequency characteristics, heat resistance and dimensional stability, by sandwiching a specified resin composition between the desired number of core layer sheets melt-bondable therewith and a metal foil and laminate-molding them. CONSTITUTION:10-95pts.wt. polyphenylene oxide (a) [e.g., poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4- phenylene oxide)] is mixed with 1-50pts.wt. crosslinkable polymer (e.g., 1,2- polybutadiene) and/or crosslinking monomer (b) [e.g., triallyl(iso)cyanurate] and 1-90pts.wt. inorganic filler (C) (e.g., glass flake), and the mixture is formed into a sheet 2 of a polyphenylene oxide resin composition. The sheet 2 is sandwiched between a metal foil 3 (e.g., copper foil) and the desired number of core layer sheets 1 (e.g., polycarbonate) melt-bondable therewith and the assemblage is laminate-molded at a temperature which is higher than the glass transition temperature of the sheet 2 and is in the range of 160-250 deg.C.
