The fencing consists of support uprights 3 carrying electrified wires 4 which are supplied by an electrical pulse generator which is not represented. The assembly is fixed onto fencing means proper, such as posts 1 embedded in the ground and wire mesh 1 delimited the protection enclosure. The wires 4 pass through the uprights 3 by means of insulating sleeves 5 in which they slide freely. The wire mesh 10 gives protection inside the enclosure against any contact with the electrical wires. <IMAGE>
