<p>PURPOSE:To overcome an instability in the operation while utilizing the features of ferrite by containing the special amount of a low melting point oxide such as V2O5 in the mixture of ZnO and Fe2O3 of special mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION:Low melting point oxide such as V2O5, Bi2O3, MoO3, Sb2O3, SrO2, or P2O5 is added in a range of 0.01-40wt% to 100wt% of a mixture made of X mol% of ZnO and (100-x)mol% of Fe2O3 (where 30<=x<=60). For example, ZnO and Fe2O3 are mixed at the prescribed ratio, a disc is pressure molded, sintered in an electric furnace of at 1,100 deg.C of indoor temperature, the sintered material is pulverized to obtain finely pulverized zinc ferrite powder. The prescribed amount of one or more of the V2O5, Bi2O3, MoO3, Sb2O3, SrO2 are added, mixed to pressure mold the prepared powder in a rod having 10mm. in diameter, and baked in an electric furnace of 700-1,000 deg.C of indoor tempera ture. The baked mixture is cut in a thickness of 0.5mm., electrode plates are bonded to the both side surfaces as a switching element.</p> |
