PURPOSE:To improve the contamination resistance by sticking spherical micro- capsules composed of an inorganic wall material containing a fiber processing agent to the surface of fiber. CONSTITUTION:Spherical micro-capsules 5 composed of a porous inorganic wall material are dispersed uniformly and sticked to the surface of the composition fibers 6 of an interior material for automobile. Said inorganic wall material microcapsules 5 contain an equi-quantity mixture of a copolymer of fluoro fiber processing agent or perfluoroethylene and chloro trifluoroethylene, and a sylicon system fiber processing agent or polyether denatured polysiloxane as a core material 3 where the diameter of the micro-capsule 5 particle is distributed in the range of 10-50mu. Since spherical micro-capsules 5 are sticked onto the surface, the interior material composed in such a manner can exhibit an excellent contamination resistance against the contaminating material such as a shoe polish, a lip stick, cigarette ash, etc. for long term. |
