PURPOSE:To prevent a drive motor or the like as a driving source from being locked and entailing an overcurrent state, by making height of a seat so as to be adjusted in comparison between a setting signal and a detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:There are provided with a inputting device 20 designating height of a seat and a position detecting device 21 detecting the height of the seat from a floor, and a setting signal SA showing the seat height designated by the inputting device 20 and a detecting signal SB showing an actual seat height out of the position detecting device 21 both are fed to a comparison controlling device 22 which compares each signal lever of the setting signal SA and the detecting signal SB and outputs a signal for moving a position of the seat. And, a feed controlling device 23 controls an electric current to be fed to a drive motor 24, and feeds the current for moving the position of the seat. In this connection, when no signal is fed there, feeding is stopped and the seat is stopped at the position left intact.
