PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition outstanding in extrusion formability especially film formability, useful for packaging material for foods, cosmetics, perfumes, etc., which require gas barrier capability, by incorporating a high nitrile resin with a (poly)glycerin fatty acid ester. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of a resin prepared by graft copolymerization of a monomer mixture comprising acrylonitrile and a lower alkyl ester of (meth)acrylic acid in the presence of an acrylonitrile-based thermoplastic resin containing >=50wt% of acrylonitrile component, pref. butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer with (B) 0.01-5pts.wt. of a (poly)glycerin fatty acid ester, a condensate from glycerin and a 8-22C higher fatty acid (e.g. polyglycerin stearate, polyglycerin distearate) followed by melting on heating and kneading using e.g. a mixing roll.
