PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in working time by facilitating fitting of a square interlocking pin for an injection mold to a mold fitting part, by making the backs of a square female groove and a protrusion of a square female mold into a semicircular-curved surface. CONSTITUTION:Tool steel is cut off into a rectangular form, made into size adaptable to a fitting mold, two parts for a male and female are manufactured, a square protrusion 2 and a square recessed part 4 fittable over the protrusion 2 are manufactured respectively on the one part 1 and the other part 3, the backs 1', 3' of which are made into semicircular-curved surfaces. With this construction, as the semicircular-curved surface can be manufactured by sticking both a retainer plate and movable retainer plate of a mold, to which interlocking pins 1, 3 are fitted, fast to each other and boring simply by a drill, fine machining is not required for fitting, working efficiency can be improved, a heat radiation effect through the semicircular-curved surface is favorable and disorder of a position of the mold due to heat expansion can be prevented. |
